"Orto Sassolini Premio Pittura Chianti" September 2019.
Some photos from the outdoor Art Exhibition in the garden of Villa Sassolini, during the Wine Festival in Panzano in Chianti this year. It is a great occasion to show your latest work and meet with other local artists.
I'm always happy to promote watercolour art as I was once again the only watercolour artist participating! The visitors are invited to vote for their favourite artwork. This year I arrived 6th (on 75 artworks) and was very happy to get positive feedback on my painting.
Last year I got a 3rd place, which was really great as watercolours are often not appreciated as much as other "more important" techniques!
